As new buyers to the Sydney market Jackson was an absolute asset to have on our side. He guided us through the full process from application right through to settlement. We had a tricky income scenario as one of us was a contractor so the banks viewed us unfavourably, despite strong debt servicing metrics. Not only did Jackson work closely with the banks credit teams to overcome this, he helped us secure a preapproval at the best market rate. He was always available to bounce questions off and was able to act very quickly when we finally selected an off market property with less than a week to make an unconditional offer. Even though I am very familiar with the industry I found a mortgage broker an essential part of the property purchasing process and I cannot recommend Jackson highly enough.
